PhotoHelix is an application for interactive tables that employs physical interaction on different levels (ranging from a hybrid, dial-like input device to digital photos that behave like their physical counterparts). The user's photos are sorted according to their date of creation and shown along a spiral-shaped timeline. The most important aspects for working with photos are supported via direct manipulation in an efficient and fun way.
